Making it easier for you
We understand that the process of finding psychological help for your child can be extremely daunting and that making that first phone call or sending the first email is difficult. We attempt to make sure you get our help as easily and quickly as possible.
By phone:

A therapist will very quickly respond to your emails and texts with the information you require. It would be helpful if you could provide some background on your child’s problem along with your availability for appointments.
Costs
As costs vary depending on what is required we ask that you contact us for details.
We are providers for all the major health insurance companies. Please make sure that you tell us if you will be using your health insurance to pay for your appointments.
We understand that the process of finding psychological help for your child can be extremely daunting and that making that first phone call or sending the first email is difficult. We attempt to make sure you get our help as easily and quickly as possible.
By phone:
- Our phone lines are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday & 11am to 4pm on Saturdays.
- We always try to answer the phone so that you don’t need to leave a message (although occasionally of course this is impossible). If you do need to leave a message we will do our utmost to get back to you as soon as possible, & definitely on the same day.
- You will speak to a therapist who will be able to advise you on the most appropriate way forward for you and your child. In the majority of cases your first appointment will be arranged during that first phone call.
- We do our best to offer appointments outside of school hours, either during evenings or weekends.
